Objective 3: Society will receive greater and more meaningful access to the legislative process PDP-II's efforts will address how Ukrainian society can receive increased and more meaningful access to the legislative process. This will be attained through: procedural improvements that expand and enhance civil society's input into the legislative process; improvements to Parliament's contacts and relations with electoral constituencies will be adopted and institutionalized; civil society organizations and think tanks will provide information and input that enhances Parliament's oversight capacity vis-à-vis the executive branch of power. |
